HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?
All tickets to the show are free.

HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO ATTEND? 
Audience members must be 18 years or older to attend.

IS ADMISSION GUARANTEED?
Our studio seating is flexible (cushioned rows, not individual seats). All ticketed audience members will be admitted.

WHERE IS THE LOCATION OF THE STUDIO?
CBS BROADCAST CENTER: 530 W 57TH Street New York, NY, 10019 (between 10th and 11th Avenue). We are within walking distance from Columbus Circle. The closest subways are the A/B/C/D at 59th Street – Columbus Circle and the N/Q/R at 57th Street & 7th Avenue.

IS PARKING AVAILABLE?
There are several parking garages near our studio on w57th Street. We recommend doing a search on the internet for parking garages using our studio address. Please keep in mind that we are not affiliated with these parking lots and that you park at your own discretion. 

WILL THERE BE A SECURITY SCREENING?
All audience members will be screened by Security using a metal detector. Please notify our staff immediately of any medical conditions.

ARE SUITCASES ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO?
The Mel Robbins Show provides a lock up in studio for suitcases and large bags.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS?
Photography is permitted but only at designated times during the taping.

HOW LONG IS THE TAPING?
The entire experience (from check-in to the end of the show) will last approximately three hours. Please plan accordingly.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
Everyone WILL be seen on camera. Audience members may be asked to participate in the show. Therefore, we ask that you arrive "camera ready" and looking like the rockstar you are. JEWEL TONED SOLID colors look best on camera and help make our production run smoothly. Please wear dress pants or slacks, long skirts, dresses, and/or button-downed collared dress shirts

PLEASE DO NOT WEAR:

  • Logos
  • Hats
  • Shorts
  • Short skirts
  • Jeans
  • Athletic gear
  • Busy patterns
  • White or beige clothing (it fades on camera!)

Note: We reserve the right to deny anyone who does not follow the dress code.

HOW DO I GET STANDBY TICKETS? 
Standby tickets are handed out at CBS Broadcast Center (530 w57th Street) on tape days—Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 8:45 AM and 1:30 PM (subject to change).
